We're looking for polished, sales-driven, service-minded individuals to be the first and last impression for our guests. As part of our Guest Service Team, you'll deliver exceptional hospitality, drive retail and service sales, and help create the luxury boutique experience our brands are known for.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their visit. Drive sales by recommending retail and services that elevate their experience. Support stylists and service providers by managing bookings and scheduling. Maintain a luxury, boutique-standard environment at all times. Deliver seamless, thoughtful service from check-in to checkout.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in sales and upselling. An eye for detail and a love for high standards. A team player with a service-first mindset. Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or guest services is a plus.
