Our Guest Service Representatives are an important member of our Experience Maker team. They pay a key role in shaping every guest's stay from before they arrive until they check-out. You'll be empowered to turn a regular stay into an extraordinary one by anticipating their needs before they check-in, fulfilling their requests promptly and delivering personalized, professional service so they feel valued and cared for.
What You'll Do
Warmly greet guests as they arrive, making each feel personally welcomed
Manage the entire check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately
Anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight guests, turning routine moments into memorable experiences
Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure every detail enhances guest satisfaction
Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, always aiming to leave guests feeling valued and cared for
Assist with guest requests for local recommendations, events, or transportation, acting as a knowledgeable concierge resource
