The Distillery Restaurants Corp., creators of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Archeo Trattoria, Madrina Bar y Tapas, District Pizza and Distillery Events (the Fermenting Cellar and The Distillery District- Loft) are seeking happy and energetic Guest Service Attendants with a passion for pizza and an appetite for creating an exceptionally memorable food & beverage experience for every guest. The ideal candidate not only understands that exceptional guest service is at the heart of hospitality but that they are an ambassador to Toronto's unique food and beverage culture.

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with chefs, cooks and managers to ensure guests have a seamless experience.
• Make positive personal connections with guests through great menu and product knowledge and unforgettable customer service.
• Accurately take orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
• Support the chefs and cooks on the moments when they need extra help along with prepping or other duties.
• Ensure that the front entrance, inventory and service areas are fully stocked and free from clutter and debris.
• Accurately account for all guest payments and maintain a balanced float.
• Knowledgeably speak about all menu ingredients, availability, and allergens.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by exhibiting, encouraging and motivating DRC's Values and Beliefs.
