Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor

Who we are looking for:

The Victoria Inn is searching for a full-time Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor. Successful candidate must be available for all shifts: AM, PM, weekend and overnight. As a Guest Service Agent & Night Auditor, exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis is required. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.

What you will learn:

You will learn a full working knowledge of the Skytouch Hotel Software and Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.

Position Summary:

Through the guidance of the Guest Service Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed.
