The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Guest Service Agent

to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment and takes pride in providing warm, attentive, and intuitive service. While previous hotel experience is an asset, we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills and a passion for guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience Confirm reservations, process payments, and assign accommodations Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times Manage incoming calls, assist with reservations, and provide concierge-level guidance Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations Promote loyalty programs and additional services to enhance the guest experience Balance working independently with being an engaged, supportive team member

Qualifications

Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Previous hotel experience, particularly in front desk operations Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems Strong hospitality skills to enhance guest experiences Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for effective communication Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
