Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards.
Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner, making reservations over the phone and in person with precision and special details noted.
Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms.
Light cleaning, stocking rooms with linen, and changing over of lockers.
