We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
Manage phone systems to handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions at the front desk.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise during their stay.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Experience
Previous experience in guest services or a front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele.
Strong phone etiquette skills to ensure clear communication with guests over the phone.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel management software or phone systems is a plus.
