You will be responsible to provide great customer service to our hotel guests. This means you will be involved in the welcome and greeting of our guests, check in and check out procedures. You will answer guest enquiries and provide assistance. You will take all incoming phone calls. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, and are passionate about customer service, with strong leadership abilities. Assertive and able to work in a team environment. Good computer knowledge and a fast learner who can work well under pressure. Rapid solutions to changing situations are your strength.
