Are you ready to take on an exciting role in a one-of-a-kind environment? We're looking for a Guest Services Agent to join us at Skyridge Glamping. where you'll create unforgettable experiences for our guests while living and working in a beautiful remote location.
This full-time role combines the responsibilities of a Guest Services Agent and Night Auditor, offering a dynamic work schedule of 4 days on (including 3 nights) followed by 3 days off. On-site housing is provided during your workdays, with optional staff housing available for your days off (a 30-minute commute). This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, embraces challenges, and loves making people smile.

What You'll Do:

- Be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a welcoming attitude. Keep our reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Process payments, manage guest accounts, and handle incidental charges.

- Collaborate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Take charge during shifts, supervising the site and responding to emergencies or unexpected issues. - Address guest concerns, solve problems, and keep our high standards intact, even in challenging situations.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has experience in guest services, front desk work, or a similar role. - Stays composed during high-pressure moments and tackles issues with confidence. - Brings a friendly, customer-focused attitude to every interaction. - Manages time effectively and can work independently with little supervision. Is familiar with Google Workspace (doc, sheets etc.) - Is open to living and working in a remote location. - Must pass a clean criminal record check.

Pay: $26.75-$32.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
