We're looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent to be the face of our hospitality.
Your Role:
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests. Your mission: to ensure every stay is seamless, personalized, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with poise and care
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
Process reservations, payments, and room assignments accurately
Promote hotel amenities and assist with local recommendations
Maintain a polished and organized front desk environment
What You Bring:
A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with hotel management systems (an asset)
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Exemplary guest service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
Superior communication skills.
A calm and capable demeanor.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment, and creative problem-solving skills.
A professionally groomed appearance.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Working knowledge of Inn Control Enterprise or Opera is an asset.
The ability to make a commitment to the position for a 3-month period

Eligibility to Work in Canada:

Proof of eligibility shall be in the form of a Canadian birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship certificate, Canadian certificate of permanent residence, Canadian open work permit or receipt from Immigration Canada of an application for a post-graduate work permit.
Proof of eligibility must be current and valid (not expired, cancelled or voided). Proof of eligibility will be required if an offer of employment is made. Failure to provide proof of eligibility at least two (2) weeks prior to the start date in the offer of employment may result in the offer of employment being rescinded.
