We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences. This role is essential in ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and courtesy.
Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations and information.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Proficiency in phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication over multi-line phone systems.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
