Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities
Ensure that check-in/check-out standards are met; accommodate special requests whenever possible
Know room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
Inform housekeeping department of changes to a guest's stay
Book and record accurately all hotel reservations or inquiries
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures
Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Front Office Manager
