GLO Antiaging Treatment Bar Calgary is looking for a mature, reliable and energized new team member looking for a long term position in a company with room for advancement. 1-2 years of experience in a Cosmetic Medical Aesthetics or a related area are preferred. We are looking for a part time or full time position. Wage will be based on experience and competency. Must be available for a minimum of 1-2 Saturdays a month.
Our guest services team is the heart of our clinic and the center of the action. Everyday is unique at GLO and we are a team of creative , extremely skilled professionals with limitless vision. As the guest experience coordinator, you will be greeting clients and booking cosmetic treatment appointments in a rapidly growing Medispa. You will understand professional presentation , accuracy and sincerely enjoy providing superior customer service. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing information and details regarding treatments at GLO
• Welcome clients and determine client requirements and needs
• Scheduling and confirming appointments in person and via phone
• Cross sell products by gaining depth of knowledge in all product lines and services
• Record detailed messages and relate to Management and Staff
• Maintain a neat and clean workspace including sales area by actively participating in daily duties including tidying and maintaining product displays
• Run retail inventory reports and verify inventory
• Accept parcels, unpackage product and assist in restocking merchandise
• Maintain the corporate Data Base by adding new clients
• Photocopying, scanning and binding presentation material and other various documents.
• Opening and closing the cash register.
• Offering support and assistance to our Antiaging Experts, Consultants, Treatment Providers and Management
• Daily cleaning duties
• Coordination of all incoming and outgoing mail and courier activity
• Receiving orders and unpacking boxes
• Inventory count monthly for online store and in clinic
• Packing online store orders
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Language Requirements: an excellent command of the English Language, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales of Products and/or Cosmetic Medispa Services and Treatments is an asset
• POS (Point of Sale) an asset.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a highly diverse environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Exceptionally strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and energetic
