Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart.
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station.
Assist with phone inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and resort.
Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and guest experience.

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant operations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Flexible availability -- evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
