The Guest Relations Coordinator is the brand ambassador and first point of contact to visitors of the Publicis Groupe Canada HUB and provides information to guests and employees as required. The ideal candidate will present a very friendly and professional image to all visiting the space ensuring the highest level of customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers superior customer service to both clients and agency staff in a confident and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone and email inquiries from clients and agency staff in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Presents and delivers information regarding Publicis Groupe and brand office locations within 111 Queen.
  • Ensures excellent organization of HUB space by being personally proactive and liaising with the brands to meet their needs.
  • Controls HUB space access, security, cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develops and maintains relations with vendors to provide catering and other food service requirements to the HUB.
  • Receives and coordinates Brand requests for the HUB bookings \xe2\x80\x93 conference rooms, AV and other requirements
  • Assists with special events planning and setup for major client and agency events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional high-energy customer service environment, preferably in the retail, hospitality industry or related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams an asset.
  • Excellent telephone manner
