Guest Experiences Manager

who can bring that story to life. Someone who can blend the art of hospitality with the heart of Metis culture.

What You'll Get to Do



As our Guest Experiences Manager, you'll lead the teams behind our lodge, bistro, and guest services, ensuring every stay feels like coming home. You'll craft memorable moments that blend authentic Metis warmth with modern comfort and care.

You will:

Oversee daily operations across our Lodge, Bistro, Gathering Centre Main Hall, and front desk ensuring every guest experience is exceptional. Bring Metis hospitality to life through food, storytelling, and service rooted in culture and care. Lead, coach, and inspire teams in both front and back-of-house operations to deliver quality, consistency, and pride. Work hand-in-hand with our culinary team to showcase seasonal, Metis-inspired dishes that tell a story on every plate. Ensure our front desk, housekeeping, and guest service teams create a seamless, welcoming, and unforgettable experience. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support weddings, corporate retreats, and special gatherings that celebrate Metis culture. Track guest satisfaction, safety, and service standards turning insights into action and challenges into improvements.

Who You Are



You're a natural host, part strategist, part storyteller, and part coach. You lead by example, know how to keep operations humming, and care deeply about people, your guests and your team alike.

You have:

A Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Tourism, or Business Administration (degree an asset). Experience leading teams in food service and/or hotel operations. Knowledge of food safety standards, front desk systems, and guest service best practices. A deep appreciation for Metis or Indigenous culture and a desire to integrate cultural values into modern hospitality. The ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions that keep guests happy and teams motivated.
You're the kind of person who can juggle the details without losing sight of the bigger picture, creating a space where every guest feels welcome, cared for, and connected.
