Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will lead the front desk team, oversee guest interactions, and ensure that our standards of excellence are consistently met.

Duties



Oversee daily operations of the front desk and guest services teams, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices, phone etiquette, and effective use of phone systems. Develop and implement strategies to improve the guest experience based on feedback and industry trends. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-staffed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest requests and special accommodations. Monitor guest feedback through surveys and reviews to identify areas for improvement. Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services as needed.

Experience



Proven experience in guest services or hospitality management, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and phone systems. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
