Sandbox VR is the world's most advanced virtual reality experience, combining full-body motion capture with high-quality VR to create unforgettable adventures. Our new store is located at King George Hub in Surrey, BC, offering an easy commute with direct access to transit and amenities. We're looking for passionate team members to help us deliver an incredible guest experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver a World-Class Guest Experience: Welcome guests with enthusiasm, guide them through their VR journey from gearing up to gearing down, and ensure every moment is exceptional. Maintain a Premium Environment: Keep the store, experience rooms, and equipment clean and organized to ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist guests with VR gear, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and maintain immersion with a fun, positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent communication abilities and phone etiquette. Team Player: Positive attitude, no egos, and a love for collaboration. No Prior Experience Required: We provide full training for all employees--just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests is a plus Adaptable Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected challenges. Physical Readiness: Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs., and occasional stair climbing. Tech-Friendly: Basic computer/tablet skills and willingness to learn VR technology. Availability: Must be 18+ and available on weekends and evenings.
