Arcadia Earth is a sustainability-focused immersive experience that educates and inspires visitors to make positive environmental changes. As we enter the holiday season, we are looking for enthusiastic, eco-conscious individuals to help deliver our message and ensure a memorable visit for each guest.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Staff Member at Arcadia Earth, you will support our mission by assisting with operations, guiding guests through exhibits, and engaging visitors in discussions around sustainability. This temporary position, from December 20th to January 4th, requires strong customer service skills and a passion for environmental education.

Key Responsibilities

Provide information on exhibits and sustainability initiatives to enhance visitor understanding. Guide guests through our immersive experience, answering questions, and directing them as needed. Support team members with ticketing, retail operations, scanning tickets, checking in Coats, light cleaning as needed Adapt to various roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of a busy holiday season. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, or similar guest-facing roles Strong interest in environmental issues and sustainability. Excellent customer service skills, especially in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with scheduling; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $18.60/Hour Opportunity to work in a meaningful, sustainability-focused setting. A chance to gain experience in environmental education and visitor engagement. Based on performance and business needs, there may be opportunities to extend contract

*You must be fully available to work rotating shifts; weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time throughout your shift; rest and meal breaks will be provided.
Please note: flashing lights and loudspeakers/surround sound are present and prevalent throughout our Exhibition.
