At Mercedes-Benz Country Hills, we believe every guest deserves more than a greeting -- they deserve an experience. As our Guest Experience Concierge, you'll be the friendly, professional presence that welcomes visitors, handles calls, and keeps the front of our dealership running smoothly. You'll also play a key role in supporting the sales team with client communications, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
What you'll do
Greet guests, offer refreshments, and direct them to the right team member
Manage incoming calls, walk-in clients, and overflow from service
Assist the sales team with lead tracking, vehicle files, and showroom materials
Coordinate dealer trades, events, and boardroom bookings
Keep our coffee station stocked and front-end spaces welcoming
Handle courier services, supply orders, and other day-to-day admin duties
Who you are
Warm, approachable, and confident in conversation
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional in both appearance and communication
Comfortable learning new systems
Holder of a valid Alberta Driver's License

Schedule
