We are looking for someone who has the following:

- A genuine curiosity in skincare and design
A day at Formula Fig may look like this:
- Effectively handling incoming communication from guests across all Fig communication channels and converting communication into treatment bookings and product sales (inc. via phone, email, chat, social media, and SMS)
- Utilizing cross-departmental knowledge to support + solve all guest queries in a timely and positive manner
- Owning and executing guest-related processes from start to finish
- Collecting and collating feedback from guests, sharing to iterate and improve
- Collaborating with multiple Fig Bar teams to resolve issues on the ground and provide ongoing updates to guests
- Contributing to creating a motivated and positive environment for all guest-facing teams
