Job Description

We are looking for a

Hospitality Customer Support Associate

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests -- assisting with inquiries, handling reservations, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of CEM Resorts.

Key Responsibilities




Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Provide information on resort services, amenities, and local attractions. Resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Uphold CEM Resorts' standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications




Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability with a calm and empathetic approach. Basic computer and reservation system knowledge. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. A positive, guest-first attitude.
