Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bellperson to join our Guest Services team. The Bellperson is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for hospitality and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional attitude. Offer luggage assistance, transport luggage to guest rooms, and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest services areas. Assist with guest inquiries, including directions, reservations, and requests for special services. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests. Work closely with other departments, including front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences. Assist with valet parking, transportation arrangements, and luggage storage as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs). Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
