Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support, ensuring smooth operations within the dealership environment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities



Communication

: Ability to answer phone calls in a friendly and welcoming manner. Frequent distribution of communications including emails, webforms, etc

Guest assistance

: Assisting in greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person/department

Document preparation

: Writing, typing, editing, light accounting and data entry, etc

Filing

: Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems

Policy updates

: Updating administrative policies and procedures manuals

Maintaining Customer area

: Ensuring visitor areas are kept clean and that they adhere to Alberni Toyota standards

Qualifications



Proven experience in an customer facing or clerical role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel,Word,Outlook) is essential. Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
