The Game Plan:
Be the Experience Architect
: Warmly welcome clients, address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure everyone feels part of our community.Drive Sales & Membership Growth
: Promote memberships, packages, and special events to meet and exceed sales goals.Community Connection
: Build solid relationships with clients and act as the point of contact for feedback and inquiries.Manage the Daily Flow
: Manage the front desk alongside your colleagues, organize the space, and ensure a welcoming environment to keep the studio running smoothly.Your Superpowers:
Your Journey
: 2+ years in customer service and sales (preferably in wellness or fitness)Tech Wizard
: Proficient with lead-tracking software, scheduling tools, and social media platformsMultitasking Pro
: Excellent ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities with easeTeam Player
: Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to motivate staffCalm in the Chaos
: Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy environmentBonus
: A personal practice in Pilates or yoga is a plus!Perks:
