About this team

The Guest Ecom Order Support works in the Guest Education Centre (GEC) to create a seamless post-purchase experience by fulfilling tasks, innovating processes & creating projects that supports both the team and Organization. The Order Support is available for assistance in the moment through internal chat and in person coaching. They are self starters & problem solvers that work closely to share information & trends with our partners in Finance, Ecommerce, Distribution Centres and the GEC as a whole. They thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to prioritize effectively. They embody our core values, especially Entrepreneurship, Personal Responsibility, Honesty, and Fun!

A day in the life

  • Supports Educators via internal chat shifts, 1-on-1 support, and Order Support Ambassador program.
  • Completes returns where necessary, providing refunds utilizing third party payment systems including, but not limited to, Chase Orbital and CashStar.
  • Facilitates logistical tasks and requests on behalf of Educators, Distribution Centres and other Cross-Functional partners to ensure a great guest experience (i.e. creating shipping labels, fulfilling promotional tasks, setting up package traces, bulk emails, etc).
  • Cultivates a specific specialty and/or takes on the creation of projects that support the Order Support team and the GEC generally.
  • Works with the Ecom Team Leads to assess and revise existing Order Support processes and systems.
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and submit tickets.
  • Performs additional projects, duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 50 WPM.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills; this includes proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate excel abilities.
