Position Summary:
WLUFA Part-time Instructor: GS202: Methods in Global Studies (Tutorials)
Course Description: An interdisciplinary introduction to social science methods and their application to research on contemporary global issues.
Regular responsibilities include offering supplemental explanation to support
student learning of course content, facilitating tutorial discussions and
related activities, consulting with students, and marking/grading; the tutorial
instructor(s) will also be expected to meet with the course lecturer on a
regular basis throughout the term.
Qualifications - Required: Masters
Qualifications - Discipline: Humanities or Social Sciences
Qualifications - Areas of Specialization: Demonstrated scholarly expertise in qualitative research methods.
Asset: Previous experience teaching qualitative methods.
Salary: $3,008.63/tut. (3 tut = 1 stipend $9,025.89)
