About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on acquiring new customers, boosting sales, and growing our revenue through smart, results-driven digital marketing, with a clear focus on email marketing, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships. Running small paid ads or lead-gen tests is a plus if you have this skill.
You'll work closely with our founder to test ideas, learn fast, and see the impact of your work in real time.

Your Core Mission
- Bring in new qualified leads and grow our email list
- Create and optimize email campaigns that convert, with exciting offers, value, and story-driven content
- Help test small cold-traffic campaigns or simple paid ads (optional, if you have this skill)
- Support strategic collabs and partnerships to reach new audiences
- Track results, analyze what works, and adjust to keep driving revenue
What We're Looking For
You have real examples of campaigns, projects, or sales activities you've run, big or small, that generated actual leads or sales.
You know the basics of email marketing, digital funnels,or e-commerce, and have done it for yourself, a client, or a school project
You're hungry to learn and motivated to see your ideas turn into real salesfor the brand
You're proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely with clear goals
You understand that for a luxury brand, every touchpoint must feel premium, ethical, and aligned with our values
