Job Summary



We are seeking a hands-on

Growth Marketing Manager

to lead our e-commerce growth engine across email, SMS, CRM, SEO, and customer retention. In this role, you will plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, optimize organic and paid acquisition channels, and analyze performance data to drive measurable revenue growth for MyRocky.ca. The ideal candidate has experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta/Google ads, and SEO best practices, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage junior marketing staff to improve LTV, retention, and overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities



1. E-Commerce Marketing Execution



Plan and execute

email & SMS campaigns

, including flows, segmentation, deliverability optimization, and A/B testing Manage lifecycle & retention programs:

win-back, post-purchase, upsell/cross-sell, churn reduction

Oversee SMS compliance (

CASL

), automation, attribution tracking Manage CRM:

customer segmentation, LTV tracking, audience building

, cohort insights Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver high-performing campaigns

2. Paid Digital Competency (Execution or Oversight)



Brief, coordinate, or collaborate with agencies on

Meta, Google, and TikTok ads

Understand key acquisition metrics:

CPA, ROAS, MER

, CTR, CVR Review paid performance dashboards and provide actionable recommendations Support creative testing frameworks for paid ads

3. Data & Analytics



Analyze performance using

Northbeam, GA4

, and paid media dashboards Build lightweight dashboards; evaluate funnel performance and customer cohorts Understand attribution logic (last-click vs blended) and apply to decision-making Use data to drive iterative improvement across lifecycle campaigns

4. Creative & Brand



Write

high-converting copy

for email, SMS, landing pages, and marketing campaigns QA creative assets including

UGC, static, video, branded content, influencer/sports integrations

Contribute to brand-led storytelling and lifestyle-focused campaigns

5. SEO & Website Optimization



Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices Optimize landing pages, blog content, and site structure to improve organic search rankings Work with content and dev teams to improve technical SEO, site performance, and crawlability Monitor organic traffic performance and identify opportunities for growth

6. Project & Team Management



Manage junior marketing staff (content coordinator, lifecycle specialist, social media assistant) Lead sprint planning, weekly workflows, and campaign calendars Collaborate cross-functionally with

product, pharmacy operations, and clinical teams

Maintain timelines, ensure asset delivery, and uphold creative/brand standards

7. Technical Tools (Must-Haves)



Klaviyo

(or similar ESP: Mailchimp, Iterable, Customer.io)

Shopify

Meta Ads Manager (basic execution or strong oversight) Google Ads (basic)

Northbeam

(nice to have; must be highly data-literate if not) Basic familiarity with

Figma/Canva

for mockups and creative review Bonus but NOT required: basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email QA

8. Industry Knowledge (Strong Plus)



Experience in

healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or regulated industries

Understanding of compliance in

email/SMS copy

(restrictions on health claims) Comfortable marketing

high-stigma products

with sensitivity and accuracy

9. Soft Skills
