What You'll Own

Social Buzz & Brand Hype

: Post scroll-stopping content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok - wherever our audience hangs out - and watch engagement soar.

Campaign Magic

: Dream up and launch SEO, SEM & paid ads that turn clicks into conversations (and leads).

Data-Driven Tweaks

: Dive into Google Analytics & ad dashboards, then pivot fast on what's working (and ditch what's not).

Cross-Team Collab

: Sync with engineering, sales, and design to keep our voice sharp and on-brand.

Admin & Ops Fire-Drill

: Own Asana/Trello/Notion boards, track expenses, wrangle vendors, manage the inbox - basically, be our marketing maestro behind the scenes.

Trend Spotter

: Stay ahead of digital marketing's latest hacks, tools, and memes that we can steal (uh, "inspire") for our next big win.

Your Superpowers

Startup Hustle:

2-3 years in digital marketing for startups or B2B tech - comfortable juggling "big-picture" and "nuts-and-bolts" tasks.

Content Craft:

You write punchy copy, craft clean visuals (or manage someone who does), and know exactly how to make people go "Whoa!" on socials.

Analytics Geek:

You speak GA4, know your way around UTM parameters, and can turn raw data into clear decisions.

Organizational Wizard:

Multitasking is your jam - you never miss a deadline or let a vendor email languish.

Self-Starter Energy:

You don't wait to be told - if you see an opportunity, you jump in, experiment fast, and iterate.
