Ce que tu feras en tant que Growth & GTM Manager:



Ta mission : construire et scaler notre moteur d'acquisition midmarket, en combinant automation, IA et growth marketing pour generer un pipeline qualifie, mesurable et scalable.



Ce role mele strategie, execution et innovation. Tu mettras en place les campagnes outbound & ABM, les workflows d'automation et les experimentations IA qui feront de Booxi une machine GTM performante et predictive.

Responsabilites principales:


Definir et executer la strategie ABM & outbound multicanal (email, LinkedIn, Paid, retargeting) pour cibler les bons comptes midmarket. Construire des workflows d'automation (n8n, Zapier, IA agents...) pour industrialiser la generation et le nurturing des leads. Identifier et activer de nouveaux canaux IA / growth (scraping intelligent, data enrichment, personalisation automatique, video AI...). Orchestrer et optimiser les workflows de nurturing dans HubSpot afin d'accelerer la conversion des MQL en SQL. Gerer et ameliorer les campagnes Paid B2B (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) en suivant de pres la performance et le ROI. Collaborer avec les equipes Sales, PMM et RevOps pour aligner les cibles, le message et les priorites. Analyser les donnees et signaux d'intention pour identifier les meilleures opportunites et optimiser le funnel MQLSQLARR. Documenter, mesurer et scaler les experimentations qui ont de l'impact. Assurer la coherence et la performance de la machine d'acquisition midmarket dans son ensemble du ciblage a la conversion.




Ce qu'on recherche chez toi:


Minimum 5 ans d'experience en Growth Marketing, Lead Generation ou GTM Operations idealement dans un environnement SaaS B2B ou retail tech. A deja construit ou automatise un moteur d'outbound / acquisition (ICP, scraping, enrichment, sequences). Maitrise des outils : HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, n8n, Zapier, Sales Navigator, Bright Data... et des leviers Paid B2B (Linkedin Ads, Google Ads...). Bonne connaissance des leviers Paid B2B (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) pour amplifier ce qui fonctionne, sans etre un(e) pur(e) media buyer. Aisance avec la data, les API et les integrations inter-outils. Forte capacite d'analyse: tu sais interpreter les signaux, mesurer l'efficacite du funnel et piloter les KPIs de conversion. Esprit entrepreneurial: autonome, oriente resultats, a l'aise avec les environnements agiles et les budgets limites. Curiosite et culture test & learn: tu aimes experimenter, documenter et scaler ce qui fonctionne. Passion pour les innovations IA et growth, et envie de les mettre au service de la performance. Excellente communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais.

What you'll do as a Growth & GTM Manager:



Your mission: to build and scale our midmarket acquisition engine, combining automation, AI, and growth marketing to generate a qualified, measurable, and scalable pipeline.



This role blends strategy, execution, and innovation. You'll set up outbound and ABM campaigns, automation workflows, and AI experiments that make Booxi a high-performing and predictive GTM machine.

Key Responsibilities:


Define and execute the multichannel acquisition strategy (email, LinkedIn, Paid, retargeting) to reach the right midmarket ICPs. Launch and optimize automated ABM and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads. Build nurturing workflows in HubSpot to accelerate MQL-to-SQL conversion. Manage and improve Paid B2B campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, social ads) with close ROI tracking (ROAS, CAC, attribution). Automate marketing processes using growth and AI tools (Clay, Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, etc.). Collaborate with Sales, PMM, and RevOps to align targets, messaging, and priorities. Analyze data and intent signals to identify top accounts and optimize the MQLSQLARR funnel. Test new channels and tools (AI, growth, advanced ABM) to drive sustainable growth with a lean budget. Share learnings and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance and Sales x Marketing collaboration.




What we're looking for in you:


Minimum 5 years' experience in Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, or GTM Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or retail tech environment. Proven experience building or automating an outbound or acquisition engine (ICP definition, scraping, enrichment, sequences). Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, n8n, Zapier, Sales Navigator, Bright Data, and Paid B2B platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). Strong understanding of Paid B2B levers: you know how to amplify what works without being a pure media buyer. Comfortable working with data, APIs, and tool integrations. Strong analytical mindset: you can interpret signals, measure funnel performance, and manage conversion KPIs. Entrepreneurial spirit: autonomous, result-oriented, and comfortable in agile environments with lean budgets. Curious and test & learn minded: you love experimenting, documenting, and scaling what works. Passionate about AI and growth innovations, and excited to use them to drive performance. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
