Growth & Client Acquisition Associate

to join our team.

Duties

Client enrolment calls and lead generation Social media management Engage in DMs and comments to nurture warm leads. Manage Web Dashboards (Shopify/Sales Platforms) PPC & Paid Ads Data entry, Inbox management, Marketing design, Customer support, Email marketing, business automation Confidently handle objections and guide prospects to the right tier option. Track leads, close rates, and provide feedback. Administrative support, including managing marketing funnels

Qualifications

Proficient in the use of Canva to create marketing graphic designs Experience running social media for coaching/consulting/course launches. Experience engaging with marketing agents Experience using email marketing and marketing funnels to drive volume. Experience with running marketing ad campaigns High emotional intelligence; comfortable discussing sensitive relationship challenges. Self-driven, persuasive, and thrives in fast-paced launch environments. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
