Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Producer, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships and project management efforts. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and our clients are thrilled with the results. Part of your time will be dedicated to identifying new business opportunities and contributing to our growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, positive relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of video production projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including conducting market research, preparing proposals, and participating in sales meetings.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients and senior management.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, sales or project management, preferably in the video production or creative industry.
Strong understanding of the video production process and storytelling techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
