As a growth and engagement manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be our champion with our credit union partners in a designed territory. That means you will help our partners grow their credit card portfolio, efficiently manage their operations and market to their credit union members.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

Maximize portfolio performance through ongoing engagement with clients, alignment with other key departments (e.g. Marketing) and through the development and delivery of programs and activities to support overall portfolio performance

Build relationships focusing on integration at all levels. Interact with various individuals at the client to solve problems, build strong partnerships, and identify new opportunities

Foster and maintain relationships across client organization

Facilitate and, where appropriate, support the coordination of customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives to ensure client satisfaction levels are maintained and, where required, increased

Keep client apprised of new product functionality that may be relevant to the client and their program

Troubleshoot Ad hoc client queries and issues

Conduct regular client meetings, facilitate demonstrations and training and address other client requests as required

Conduct ongoing needs analysis to determine appropriate services to meet client requirements and program performance objectives

Facilitate the exploration of new functionality or program needs with key Collabria departments for feasibility and review

Complete regular account reviews with clients

Participate in and support client training events as required

Review, prioritize and respond to inquiries, complaints and requests for information

Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams and management as appropriate, with recommendations and/or solutions

Support the development of tactical plans and strategies that successfully position Collabria and the client for mutual success by researching, analyzing and summarizing information on competitive intelligence, business trends and market positioning

Support the business planning process by reviewing project proposals or plans to determine applicability, timing; participating in the development of budgets and program performance plans; monitoring results through the review, analysis and trending of reports.

Other working conditions

The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework #LI-Remote

Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel across Saskatchewan to the branches to meet with our partners

Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field

A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including four years in sales and relationship management

Experience with Credit Unions (an asset)

Specific knowledge

Very good knowledge in presenting through different channels (in person, webinars and phone)

Knowledge of sales, business planning and customer relationship management processes

Knowledge of internal program delivery processes and systems

Knowledge of credit card and payments industry
