You will own multiple initiatives, guiding product direction and ensuring alignment across workstreams. This role includes mentoring your team, supporting both discovery and delivery efforts, and translating strategy into clear priorities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive consistency, remove blockers, and achieve strong outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of Product Managers within a specific domain, balancing delivery, coaching, and strategic planning. Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and growth opportunities to your team, helping them develop their product craft and confidence. Own multiple initiatives, guiding product direction and ensuring alignment across workstreams. Drive high-level discovery while also supporting ongoing delivery across initiatives. Translate strategy into clear priorities, structure, and actionable plans. Collaborate with peers and cross-functional leaders to ensure consistency, remove blockers, and achieve strong outcomes. Oversee ongoing delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, progress, and quality results. Act as a connector between strategy and execution, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Who You Are

A strategic thinker who can balance hands-on product work with coaching and scaling impact through others. Experienced in leading product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering growth. Comfortable making data-informed decisions, prioritizing initiatives, and translating strategy into actionable plans. Curious and continuously learning, staying up to date on industry trends and product best practices. Collaborative and skilled at working with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, remove blockers, and deliver results.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering or related field. MBA is considered an asset. Minimum 8 years of experience in a product role. Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading product managers or product teams with the ability to effectively coach, mentor and train employees. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment. Ability to apply high level of problem-solving skills and expertise to analyze and report on actions and/or solutions. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal & external clients at all levels. Demonstrated track record of delivering large/complex solutions on-time and on-budget that meet stakeholders' quality expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively influence and provide strategic direction. Experience with Agile Methodologies (inclusive of Scrum/Iterations, incremental releases, user stories, and Kanban techniques). Familiarity with Atlassian tools considered an asset (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
