Key accountabilities include providing oversight, root cause analysis, monitoring and understanding evolving risk, assist in developing solutions, monitoring effectiveness of solutions, and effectively communicating outcomes and recommendations for all Personal Lending portfolios.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you\xe2\x80\x99ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How you\xe2\x80\x99ll succeedAccount ManagementSupport implementation of policy changes and associated processes ensuring portfolio goals are met by identifying, solutioning, and implementing changes to effectively manage identified risk, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, including external regulatory guidelines.Lead process improvement work for Personal Lending identifying and addressing gaps and challenges to address opportunities within the end to end process to effectively manage new and evolving risks identified.Ensure policy adherence as part of account management and default management.Project ManagementConsult on projects originating from areas outside of Personal Lending products. Manage and/or consult on various Personal Lending initiatives to support the business plan.Maintain in depth knowledge of products, policies, standards, processes and systems, as well as, emerging federal and provincial legislative requirements.Stakeholder Management-Effectively communicate among multiple different stakeholders across the organization.Consult on communications, both internal and external, ensuring clear, concise, and end user friendly messages/correspondence.Consult on external events affecting Personal Lending, clients, and its products.Provide oversight on key Personal Lending processes supporting the business objectives and the client experience.Who you areYou can demonstrate experience.
