Your Role

As a

Fitness Instructor / Coach (Contractor)

at Bao Institute, you'll:

Lead

group training sessions

(10-14 participants) that are high-energy, safe, and effective. Deliver

semi-private, athletic, and school training sessions

following Bao's core principles of movement and performance. Arrive

punctual and prepared

, with a clear, structured plan for each session. Foster a

positive, motivating, and inclusive atmosphere

that keeps members engaged and coming back. Adapt to a variety of fitness styles and levels -- versatility is a big plus!

Requirements

Certification in fitness instruction or personal training (e.g.

CanFitPro

,

CSEP

,

ACE

,

NASM

, etc.)

Current CPR/First Aid certification

Previous experience

leading group fitness

in a studio, gym, or athletic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about health and performance

Compensation

$30 per class (1 hour)

Flexible schedule - ideal for independent fitness professionals seeking extra income or variety

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
