Duties

Conduct engaging and effective fitness classes tailored to various skill levels. Provide one-on-one training sessions, offering personalized fitness plans and guidance. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety during workouts. Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for all participants. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their progress and any adjustments needed in their routines. Manage class schedules efficiently while adhering to time management best practices. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to continually improve class offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Excellent teaching abilities with a focus on leadership and motivating clients. Exceptional customer service skills to create an inviting environment for all participants. Effective time management skills to handle multiple classes and client schedules efficiently. A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals is essential.
