Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to educating clients on fitness techniques, and the ability to create a motivating environment. As a Fitness Instructor, you will guide individuals and groups through various workouts, ensuring safety and effectiveness while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging fitness classes that cater to various skill levels and fitness goals. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness. Communicate effectively with participants to motivate and inspire them throughout their fitness journey. Provide personalized attention to clients, ensuring they feel supported and challenged. Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional. Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages participation and camaraderie among members. Manage class schedules effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to continuously improve your offerings. Assist in promoting fitness programs and events within the community.

Qualifications

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong time management abilities to effectively handle class schedules and client needs. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. A passion for health and fitness with a desire to educate others on their wellness journey. Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred but not mandatory.
