Mazemotion is a high-energy dance and fitness studio offering classes for all ages and levels. We're expanding our schedule with brand-new group fitness programs, and we're looking for passionate, motivating instructors to join our team.

Position Overview

We're seeking certified, dynamic, and reliable Group Fitness Instructors to teach a variety of classes -- from HIIT and sculpt to yoga, dance-based fitness, and specialty programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a community-focused environment and loves creating an uplifting, inclusive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, engaging, and effective group fitness classes

Provide clear instruction, modifications, and progressions for all levels

Create positive, motivating class energy with strong music and pacing

Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a welcoming studio culture

Arrive prepared, on time, and professional for every class

Maintain a clean and organized studio space

Participate in promotional events, social content features, or special workshops when needed

Qualifications

Group Fitness or specialty certification (can be in progress)

CPR/First Aid certification an asset

Experience teaching in a studio or gym setting (preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to teach with confidence, enthusiasm, and creativity

We're looking for 3 instructors that will teach the following

Group similar class types together where possible (dance/party classes with a dance teacher; HIIT/Force/Power with a strength instructor; Flow/Pilates/Little & Mighty with a yoga/flow/kids instructor).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week

Work Location: In person
