Position Overview:





We are searching for an Energetic Group Fitness Coordinator with experience in team leadership, management, and teaching. Ideal candidates will also have expertise in teaching one or more of these formats: Strength, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, or HIIT.



What You'll Do:





Day-to-Day



Prepare 3-5 social media posts (reels or stories) per week on the club Instagram account (2 hours/week) Support Instructors to find coverage for classes (2-3 hours/week) Meet weekly with the Club Manager to review KPIs (1 hour/week) Create and execute weekly in club plans to drive class participation and increase average dues (2 hour/week) Admin support and follow up with members and guests (2-3 hours/week)


As Required



Act as the primary contact for Group Fitness and HiitZone Programs at your club Completed ongoing training and development through Crunch Connected (LMS) and manage instructor completion Manage compliance with respect to certifications and required education with Instructor Team Partner with Instructors to help set up equipment for classes as required Identify and handle audio or equipment issues Recruit, develop, and manage a strong instructor team Review and plan seasonal class schedules Oversee the rollout of new Crunch Fitness programs Support members in achieving their fitness goals Respond professionally to member inquiries Manage and resolve conflict Perform evaluations with Instructor Team on a bi-annual basis
In addition to the above, our Coordinators are required to teach a minimum of 1-2 of Group Fitness or HiitZone Programming each week.

Skills, Education, and Experience:



Group Fitness Certification or License

from a nationally recognized organization:

Canadian Certifications:

CanFitPro, CFES

American Certifications (recognized in Canada):

AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA Experience leading teams and growing fitness programs. Teaching experience across a variety of formats, including Strength, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, and HIIT classes.

The compensation for this role:

Coordinator: $21.50 - $25.00/hour for 8 - 12 hours/week

Instructor: $35.00 - $40.00 as required
