We're seeking a compassionate, grounded

Addiction & Mental Health Counsellor

to join our care team. You'll play a vital role in helping clients work through addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges in both one-on-one and group-based settings.

Facilitate individual counselling sessions using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches Lead group therapy and psychoeducation sessions (e.g., relapse prevention, emotional regulation, life skills) Collaborate on treatment planning and progress reviews with clinical team Maintain clear and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with PHIPA Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences Support a culture of dignity, safety, and community throughout the program

Ideal Candidate:

-Registered Social Worker, Nurse, Psychotherapist, or Addiction Specialist (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, CNO, etc.)

-Demonstrated experience in designing and leading clinical programming

-Familiarity with Ontario's mental health system, OHIP billing pathways, and compliance regulations

-Skilled in trauma-informed, culturally competent, and client-centered care

-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

-Passionate about community healing and building a treatment model that prioritizes equity and access

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
