Compensation & Career Path
Immediate Earnings:
$400 per qualified meeting (paid weekly).
After Licensing - Two Options:
$3,500 base + 15% commission after $14K monthly deals + 15% annual recurring.
No base, 50% first-year commission + 20% annual recurring.
OTE Projections:
Year 1:
$100,000
Year 2:
$140,000 (renewals stacking)
Year 3:
$180,000
Year 4:
$220,000 (earn more in renewals than 1st year commission by year 4)
Retirement:
Company-paid retirement plan after 1 year. 10% contribution - no match required
