Major Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of building grounds to ensure curbside appearance meets contract requirements and Edon's standards Perform snow removal and landscaping tasks such as sweeping, blowing, shoveling, mowing, and trimming Cut and water grass, inspecting for signs of disease or insect damage Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, bulbs, grass, and other greenery Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems Complete general grounds maintenance tasks and respond to emergencies Represent Edon in a professional manner as a front-line contact with clients, tenants, and subcontractors Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and teamwork in interactions with co-workers and clients

Experience & Qualifications

Previous landscaping or maintenance experience considered an asset Good command of the English language (written and verbal) Strong customer care and communication skills Ability to operate small power equipment used in landscape maintenance
