Grounds Manager
Job Description
The Grounds Manager directs and supervises the operational and personnel activities within the Grounds Department. This position, which reports to the CEO, is responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance and construction, flower bed preperation, irrigation, disease identification and treatment in turf/plants/trees, equipment maintenance, snow removal, inclement weather clean-up, budget preparation, as well as personnel management which includes planning, organizing, and training.

Boissevain, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driver's License (required)
