Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, and fertilizing as needed. Dig trenches or holes for planting or irrigation systems while ensuring proper depth and spacing. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
