Our client in the Steeles Ave E/ Torbram Rd area is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team as Ground Patroller. What you\'ll do:

• Able to work outdoors for an entire shift in all weather conditions

• Report to operations supervisor for the shift and collect scooter, bike and battery packs

• Ride to specified zones and replace batteries on low charge scooters and bikes

• Patrol and move any poorly parked scooters and bikes into safe zones

• Redistribution of scooters and bikes low demand zones to high demand zones

• Handle any on-ground customer enquiries on how to use the app/scooter/bike

• Restock helmets on scooters and bikes if required

• Ensuring the quality control is met on the scooters and bikes

• Able to ride scooter or e-bike as required

• Able to ride cargo bike / electric trike to replace batteries in scooters and bikes and perform minor repairs as needed

What you\'ll need:

• High-energy individual with a solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience

• Any mobility/logistics/transportation experience is advantageous

• Able to lift 60 lbs.

• Be able to use a phone to navigate and update work order
