Overview
On behalf of our client, Grand River Personnel is looking for a strong and committed 'General Labourer' to join our client's Field Crew Team for a 6-8 week project season in the GTA to START IMMEDIATELY.
Travel is required. You will be meeting the crew in Bright, ON and have the option to travel together.
Please note, you will be required to meet with our Recruiter in Kitchener, ON to complete a registration in our office in order to be considered.
You'll be working outdoors helping maintain and prepare baseball fields, cricket pitches, and event grounds-including setup work for the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr + Daily hotel accommodations and cash food allowances
Shift: Days Monday to Friday 7am-until the work is finished.

Responsibilities:

• Shoveling, raking, and general landscaping
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Support site preparation and cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a small outdoor crew

Requirements:

• Previous outdoor work/landscaping experience and asset.
• Ability to handle physical work in all weather.
• Ability to follow priorities and work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Strong attendance record and attention to detail are a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• CSA Approved Footwear
