JOB SUMMARY: Aircraft Cabin Cleaners (Grooming Agents) work under the direction of the BTW Manager and/or Lead to ensure all aspects of aircraft cleaning are met according to specific company policies and procedures. Safety, attention to detail, following company procedures, and teamwork are all key components to be a successful Grooming Agent. The ideal candidate must possess verbal and written communication skills, be energetic, outgoing, and understanding and accepting of change. They must also be flexible, be able to work overnight, and be able to deal with the adapting nature of aviation and all aircraft cleaning requirements as specified by the airline or operator.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide deep, turn and overnight cleaning services to all clients and carriers.
Provide excellent customer service to our internal team and external customers.
Complete tasks as outlined in cleaning task cards.
Follow prescribed cleaning instructions.
Ensure economical use of cleaning products and supplies.
Ensure proper staging of cleaning products, supplies and necessary equipment ahead of aircraft arrival.
Attend all required training sessions and successfully complete training courses.
Actively participate in company safety programs.
Work as a team member in a safe, efficient, professional manner.
Adhere to published uniform standards and requirements.
Follow all safety guidelines and safe workplace procedures.
Take direction from Grooming Leads/Supervisor, BTW Manager, and Owners.
Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent experience.
Must be able to apply and secure an Airport Restricted Area Pass (RAIC).
Ability to speak, write, and understand the English language.
Previous cleaner (aviation, commercial, or residential) experience would be an asset.
Must have excellent team player competencies.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and/or in a team environment working varied and/or
split shifts.
Must be willing to adapt to the changing nature of aviation.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be willing to work in small aircraft cabin conditions.

$85.00 per year Protective Footwear Allowance.
50c/50e Cost Share on all Uniform Pieces.
