As Grocery Manager, you will oversee the Grocery Operations and you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue, ensuring the growth and profitability of the department by implementing strategies and marketing programs, and providing leadership for the Grocery Team. \xc2\xb7 Financial Management: Administer and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory. \xc2\xb7 Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:Create exceptional Co-op experiences by engaging and interacting with member-owners and customers. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and team members. \xc2\xb7 Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members. \xc2\xb7 Brand and Merchandising: Promote and ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, \xc2\xb7 Business Growth: Drive business growth and provide outstanding customer service. \xc2\xb7 Safety and Compliance: Responsible for coordination and oversight of all safety, maintenance, and asset protection policies. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 - 2 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
  • Experience within the Co-op Retailing System, or in a retail Food Store would be an asset.
